Build scalable toolkits, processes, and best practices to enable internal teams and partners to execute campaigns effectively.
Serve as a visible advocate for partners internally, championing their goals while driving mutual business outcomes.
Requirements
8–10+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, brand marketing, or product marketing roles in a high-growth B2B or consumer tech company
Proven experience building partner marketing strategies from the ground up and driving measurable impact
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing direct reports
Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication skills; adept at influencing senior leaders and external partners
Deep experience driving cross-functional collaboration and managing complex multi-channel campaigns
Strong creative instincts and ability to translate brand strategy into compelling campaigns and experiences
Data-driven approach to measuring marketing impact and optimizing performance
