- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams
- Lead and motivate a team of Technical Program Manager across several subject domains
- Provide guidance and direction to team members
- Foster a collaborative and productive working environment
- Monitor and manage team performance
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop detailed roadmaps, project plans, schedules, and budgets across a portfolio of teams
- Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel and materials
- Set clear project milestones and timelines
- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Proactively address issues and obstacles that may impact project timelines
- Ensure projects adhere to industry standards and regulations
- Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management
- Resolve conflicts and issues within the project team
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor project budgets and expenses
- Optimise resource allocation for maximum efficiency
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Prepare reports and presentations for project reviews
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading and developing program teams in a software development setting
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycles
- Worked on complex software projects preferably in a startup environment
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- A drive for results, willingness to learn and push the team to deliver on time and under budget
- A desire to learn new things and accept challenges
- Comfort speaking to all audience levels and the ability to adapt complex challenges into tangible solutions
- Willingness and ability to travel
