About the role
- Manage day-to-day immigration cases (work visas, green cards, compliance tracking)
- Provide guidance on immigration processes, policies, and timelines
- Support process improvements, data accuracy, and reporting across the immigration portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Talent Acquisition) to ensure alignment and compliance
- Contribute to scalable practices as the team grows
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in US immigration (e.g., at a law firm, vendor, or in-house program)
- Experience managing high-volume immigration programs
- Familiarity with US work authorization categories (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM, green card)
- Ability to manage multiple cases with accuracy
- Clear and collaborative communication skills
- Experience with case management systems or centralized vendor platforms
