• **The role**
• We are looking for a motivated professional to join our Financial Reporting team. In this role, you will handle controlling activities for our regional entities, prepare monthly IFRS reporting packages, and support the Group’s consolidation process. You will collaborate closely with external or in-house tax and accounting consultants in our local subsidiaries and report directly to the Group Controller based in Athens.
• **Key Accountabilities**
• - Maintain and review accounting books, records, and entries in SAP
• - Review payments and payment/ POs schedule
• - Coordinate with the external tax and accounting consultants for the tax filings and ensure compliance with accounting, tax and other statutory requirements
• - Prepare the monthly IFRS reporting packages for the Group reporting and consolidation purposes
• - Lead the coordination of annual audit and liaise with external auditors for Statutory and Group purposes
• - Maintains and enforces accounting policies and procedures
• - Support the business with financial reports, and other special projects

Project Manager

• The Project Manager reports to the SVP Operations and is tasked with managing and coordinating successfully all aspects of project management, including planning, implementation, and tracking of progress using Upstream tools, processes and methodologies.
• This role is ideal for someone with high potential who wishes to be rewarded for outstanding performance, while having the opportunity to gain valuable experience on large, complex mobile marketing projects.
• **Key Accountabilities**
• - Accountable for the management and delivery of Upstream’s Projects to Mobile Operators
• - Μanages the overall project plan and coordinates internal resources to ensure agreed launch dates are met
• - Acts as the liaison between the client and Upstream’s internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
• - Defines project specifications and client requirements, involving all relevant departments and ensuring technical feasibility and resource availability
• - Tracks progress through a solid project plan and ensures the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects
• - Reports and escalates issues to appropriate key positions as needed
• - Manages client relationships and expectations
• - Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties
• - Writes clear briefs for the Engineering, Operations, and Support departments

• **Key Responsibilities**
• - Lead the development and execution of the regional sales strategy for MENA, in line with Upstream’s global business objectives.
• - Own and deliver financial targets (revenue, profitability, and market share) across assigned markets and accounts.
• - Build and manage strategic relationships with key telecom operators, digital partners, and enterprise clients in the region.
• - Drive end-to-end commercial engagement, from opportunity identification and proposal development to contract negotiation and delivery.
• - Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• - Provide market insights and identify emerging opportunities to support innovation and business development.
• - Act as the primary commercial escalation point for all major clients in the region.
• - Contribute to positioning MENA as a key growth engine for Upstream within EMEA over the next few years.

Security Engineer

• Monitor and respond to security events, managing escalation and acting as a liaison during security incidents.
• Serve as a dedicated security analyst for critical projects.
• Lead the vulnerability management lifecycle, overseeing installation and patching efforts.
• Conduct specialized security work, including security audits, Penetration Testing (e.g., CHECK, CREST, CEH, TIGER), evidence collection, and forensics analysis.
• Drive and own technical tasks, pursuing their completion within time and technological constraints.
• Contribute to end-user security education and awareness.
• Maintain and update compliance posture, ensuring security policies and standards remain current and effective.
• Serve as a primary technical resource for security-related client discussions, articulating technical concepts to various types of audiences.
• Provide essential security content and review for commercial engagements, including RFPs, bids, and client assurances.
