About the role
- Reviews resumes, conducts phone screens and interviews, administers assessments, and presents candidates to hiring managers and functions
- Sources candidates and ensures requisitions are promptly filled
- Monitors employment processes to ensure legal compliance
- Actively seeks out process improvement opportunities
- Develops relationships with prospective talent, creating and managing talent pipelines for current and future employment opportunities
- Maintains active involvement with professional organizations and local colleges to represent UPS and develop talent pipelines
Requirements
- Must be located in the same geographic location as the job or be willing to self-relocate to the area
- Must be willing to travel between buildings as necessary
- Prior relevant HR experience preferred
