About the role

  • Reviews resumes, conducts phone screens and interviews, administers assessments, and presents candidates to hiring managers and functions
  • Sources candidates and ensures requisitions are promptly filled
  • Monitors employment processes to ensure legal compliance
  • Actively seeks out process improvement opportunities
  • Develops relationships with prospective talent, creating and managing talent pipelines for current and future employment opportunities
  • Maintains active involvement with professional organizations and local colleges to represent UPS and develop talent pipelines

Requirements

  • Must be located in the same geographic location as the job or be willing to self-relocate to the area
  • Must be willing to travel between buildings as necessary
  • Prior relevant HR experience preferred
