About the role
- Act as an approachable advisor for employees and a high-quality consultant for management on complex Employee Relations (ER), Talent Management, and Recruitment.
- Support both internal and external recruitment processes immediately, from screening to final document checks, ensuring strict Right to Work compliance.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including end-to-end ER issues, attending meetings, note-taking, and drafting complex outcome letters.
- Maintain strict standards for Disciplinary, Grievance, and Long-Term Sickness reviews. Conduct regular audits to ensure operational excellence across all departments.
- Successfully manage your own workload and travel schedule to provide comprehensive support across all assigned sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, specifically managing complex ER cases and long-term sickness.
- Minimum CIPD Level 5 or equivalent through experience.
- Up-to-date understanding of UK employment law and procedures.
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle for travel between sites in addition to Feltham & Chiswick (mileage expenses will be paid) if required.
- You must be self-motivated, highly organised, and able to meet demanding deadlines independently.
