About the role

  • Evaluate current business workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
  • Identify opportunities to implement technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Design, sustain, and analyze dashboards and KPI boards to surface performance issues and validate process improvements.
  • Supervise and mentor direct reports, reviewing their work and supporting their professional development.
  • Create user-friendly SOPs, process maps, and training materials. Lead cross-functional teams through change, ensuring user adoption.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in business process improvement, operations analysis, or a related role
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
  • Proven experience in coaching, guiding, or supervising staff
  • Proficiency in CargoWise; experience with driving automation by leveraging technology
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, functions, and macros.
