About the role
- An Account Manager who has: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable in speaking with all levels of management, including C-Level. Written communication should be at a business level. 2. The comfortability to coach and train individuals in large groups. 3. Self-motivated, and able to work with little to no supervision. 4. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. 5. A quick learner who is used to a fast paced environment, and can readily adapt to new changes. 6. Excellent time management and task prioritization skills. 7. The ability to trouble shoot problems, and solve issues creatively.
Requirements
- 1. An Associates Degree OR Similar Experience
- 2. Experience within a professional in-person Customer Service role (Ideally, Account Management, Implementation, etc)
- 3. Experience with work related travel
- 4. Experience in working with software (ie troubleshooting, triage, learning the ins and outs of a software system)
- 5. A huge plus if you have worked within the Automotive Industry!
