• Own the plan per partner: Build quarterly GTM plans with audience targeting, channel mix, offer architecture, localization, budget/co-funding, and a clear KPI tree
• Launch & always-on campaigns: Orchestrate social, push, email/CRM, in-app placements, web, and OOH with the client’s brand/compliance teams; manage the end-to-end approvals calendar
• Acquire & penetrate: Drive ≥10% penetration of each client’s customer base in the first 90 days, then compound quarter-on-quarter via segmented growth loops
• Retain & remarket: Build lifecycle journeys, win-backs, and frequency-cap strategies that lift repeat traffic and bookings
• Promos that convert: Design fenced, data-driven offers tailored to demographics, seasonality, and spend profiles; negotiate co-funding; measure incremental lift
• Compete & win locally: Track OTA competitors and corridor trends to craft market-specific strategies with the goal to capture ≥50% of the client’s consumers’ travel spend within 12 months
• AI-first execution: Use AI to research, ideate, generate copy/visuals, localize, and automate workflows- from brief to ship in days, not weeks
• Operate with rigor: Own the marketing calendar, asset tracker, UTM taxonomy, QA (segmentation, deliverability, brand), and performance reporting
• Partner with Product & Eng: Brief experiments, instrument funnels, and push features that move CVR, AOV, and repeat
