About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Curate & Evaluate: Discover, assess, and select compelling travel videos from across the web and social media — ensuring every video meets Unravel’s quality, accuracy, and storytelling standards.
- Select high-conversion, experience-oriented images for destinations and hotel listings using Unravel’s in-house tools and galleries.
- Stay Organized: Maintain and manage curated video and image data using tools like Google Sheets, with careful attention to detail and consistency.
- Quality First: Follow internal curation guidelines and maintain high standards for video resolution, image sharpness, format, and originality.
- Deliver on Time: Work independently to meet daily/weekly curation goals and deadlines.
- Learn & Grow: Gain hands-on experience in content evaluation, visual storytelling, trends analysis, and the behind-the-scenes of digital media in the travel industry.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A sharp eye for what makes a video or image visually compelling and engaging.
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow structured SOPs while exercising aesthetic judgment.
- Curiosity and empathy for how users browse, discover, and book.
- Passion for travel, storytelling, and digital content.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and basic content tracking tools.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and time management.
- Bonus: Comfort with writing or summarizing content in a clear, engaging tone.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and respond to constructive feedback.
