About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Content Executives and Content Interns.
Allocate daily work and prioritize team tasks based on business needs.
Conduct regular quality reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Support onboarding and training of new team members.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
Manage the end-to-end content sourcing pipeline.
Ensure content moves efficiently through review and production stages.
Review and approve content against Unravel's editorial standards.
Partner with Product, Data, Editing, Marketing, and Growth teams to execute content initiatives.
Track key operational metrics including productivity, acceptance rates, turnaround time, and content coverage.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–5 years of experience in Content Operations, Content Management, Digital Media, Creative Operations, or similar roles.
Previous experience managing or mentoring teams.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to improve workflows.
