About the role
- Assist with product setup, updates, and maintenance across eCommerce stores
- Support the setup and upkeep of store environments, including product details, images, pricing, and customer-facing content
- Ensure smooth daily operation of the eCommerce stores by managing site settings, implementing updates for launches and promotions, monitoring performance, and addressing basic technical issues
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring and coordinating restocks
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including fulfillment, customer service, creative, tech and account teams, to support smooth operations
- Assist with reporting by pulling and compiling data from multiple systems to support inventory management, sales tracking, and chart reporting validation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and flag process gaps when appropriate
- Serve as a liaison with artist management and legal teams
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating functionality, documenting issues, and supporting launch readiness
- Provide ad hoc support to other departments by assisting with projects and operational tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in a professional environment; eCommerce, merchandising, or operations experience is a plus
- Shopify experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Strong Excel skills are required
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Trustworthy when handling sensitive information
- Self-starter who can complete tasks and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Photoshop experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays) during major launches or peak periods may be required
