Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for new electronic product introductions (NPI) or derived products
Serve as primary point of contact and lead cross-functional teams (Engineering: EE, SW, ME; Sourcing; Supply Chain; Manufacturing; Quality Assurance)
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, risk register) and define milestones and deliverables
Drive project execution according to plan; track progress, identify critical paths, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks and issues
Manage project budgets, forecast resource needs, secure resources with functional managers, and track expenditures against budget
Facilitate clear, concise, and timely communication (status reports, dashboards, meetings) to stakeholders and escalate critical issues appropriately
Ensure adherence to electronics development processes including design reviews (HW/SW), DFM/DFMEA/PFMEA analysis, prototyping (EVT/DVT/PVT), and qualification testing (reliability, environmental, regulatory compliance)
Coordinate with Sourcing, Demand Planner, Supply Planner, and Manufacturing to manage component procurement, supplier relationships, and transition to mass production
Proactively identify technical, schedule, resource, and supply chain risks and develop/implement mitigation and contingency plans
Ensure projects deliver products that meet technical specifications, quality standards, reliability targets, and regulatory requirements on time and within budget
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices within the organization
Requirements
