About the role

  • Manage construction projects for new sites/warehouses
  • Ensure that sites/warehouses are built according to given timeline, budget and requested specification.
  • Plan the construction project, and ensure execution and achieving the milestones as agreed
  • Plan resources and organise project processes.
  • Advise project team members accordingly, and report on project progress.
  • Liaise with management, to clarify the scope and targets of projects.
  • Support indirect sourcing team to select vendors.
  • Coordinate design instructions, project management company and contractors.
  • Communicate results and provide advice to management on implementation.
  • Comply with quality and safety requirements.
