About the role
- Accurately enter, schedule and process high-volume purchase orders (POs)
- Resolve discrepancies between customer POs and NetSuite records regarding products and pricing
- Manage allocation during supply shortages
- Proactively monitor "In-Stock" vs. "Backordered" status, performing daily reconciliations
- Collaborate with the Planning and/or Forecasting team to provide feedback on regional demand trends in Europe/UK
- Proactively schedule releases to the 3PL (Third Party Logistics)
- Act as the "voice of the company" for customers regarding order status, tracking, and returns
- Manage the new customer onboarding process as it relates to Purchase Order acceptance
- Utilize all specialized pricing strategies within NetSuite
- Process rebate and price protection requests
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Wholesale Distribution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Advanced knowledge of NetSuite or similar Tier 1 ERP/MRP systems
- High proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Understanding of the retail supply chain, including Chargeback Management, Vendor Portals and EDI workflows
- Fluent in English (Written/Verbal). Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is a significant advantage
- Proven ability to navigate "Stock-Out" scenarios
- Familiarity with VAT requirements for cross-border shipments within the EU and between the UK/EU is a plus.
