About the role

  • Accurately enter, schedule and process high-volume purchase orders (POs)
  • Resolve discrepancies between customer POs and NetSuite records regarding products and pricing
  • Manage allocation during supply shortages
  • Proactively monitor "In-Stock" vs. "Backordered" status, performing daily reconciliations
  • Collaborate with the Planning and/or Forecasting team to provide feedback on regional demand trends in Europe/UK
  • Proactively schedule releases to the 3PL (Third Party Logistics)
  • Act as the "voice of the company" for customers regarding order status, tracking, and returns
  • Manage the new customer onboarding process as it relates to Purchase Order acceptance
  • Utilize all specialized pricing strategies within NetSuite
  • Process rebate and price protection requests

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Wholesale Distribution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of NetSuite or similar Tier 1 ERP/MRP systems
  • High proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
  • Understanding of the retail supply chain, including Chargeback Management, Vendor Portals and EDI workflows
  • Fluent in English (Written/Verbal). Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is a significant advantage
  • Proven ability to navigate "Stock-Out" scenarios
  • Familiarity with VAT requirements for cross-border shipments within the EU and between the UK/EU is a plus.
