• You report directly to the Executive Board and lead the managers and staff of the Health Insurance Applications/Contracts areas as well as the area-internal project management.

• Together with your employees, you analyze and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and quality.
• You ensure that customer inquiries are processed quickly and accurately and work on measures to increase customer satisfaction.

• You ensure compliance with quality standards and legal requirements and implement improvement measures where necessary.
• You prepare regular reports and analyses for the Executive Board and other relevant stakeholders.

• Main point of contact for our customers in the area of claims processing
• Review and assessment of benefit claims
• Requesting documentation when clarification is required
• Professional decision-making regarding benefit approvals and payments

• Regular training and continuing education, including IDD (Insurance Distribution Directive) training

Claims Administrator – Health Insurance Benefits

Marketing

• Support in (online) marketing activities, such as maintaining and further developing the uniVersa website
• Development and implementation of (online) marketing concepts and measures
• Support in building and growing social media channels and press relations
• Participation in sales-related marketing, digitalization and IT projects (e.g., online advisory tool) as well as other company-wide projects
• Sales support, for example for promotional campaigns, events and trade shows

Procurement

• You review, negotiate and manage contracts with IT service providers and hardware and software vendors.
• You support requirements analysis, supplier selection and evaluation, performance monitoring, and the maintenance and development of long-term relationships with strategic suppliers.
• You ensure that all IT contracts comply with legal and internal company requirements, in particular regarding DORA, IT security and data protection.
• You keep existing contracts up to date, manage deadlines and ensure transparent documentation.
• In collaboration with IT, IT security, Data Protection, IT Procurement and, where applicable, the Legal department, you work to optimally structure contracts.
• You support tasks related to IT organization.
