About the role
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing concepts and measures
- Participate in preliminary studies and implementation projects in accordance with the product development process
- Professional design and maintenance of digital advisory tools (extranet/intranet and website content)
- Ongoing management of comparison software providers, rating agencies and trade press (in particular quality assurance and information provision)
- Conceptualize, produce and update sales and argumentation materials of all kinds (e.g., brochures, flyers, presentations, e‑papers, etc.)
- Develop and implement campaigns (possibly together with external service providers)
- Prepare market and competitor analyses / competitive comparisons
- Coordinate internal and external service providers
- Support the preparation and, where applicable, execution of events (including creating presentations)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d) and/or further qualification as an Insurance Specialist / Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable degree or professional qualification
- Good professional knowledge in the field of health insurance
- Strong affinity for marketing and sales-related topics
- Excellent communication skills
- High digital affinity
- Proficient in MS Office
- High flexibility and a team-oriented approach
