About the role

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing concepts and measures
  • Participate in preliminary studies and implementation projects in accordance with the product development process
  • Professional design and maintenance of digital advisory tools (extranet/intranet and website content)
  • Ongoing management of comparison software providers, rating agencies and trade press (in particular quality assurance and information provision)
  • Conceptualize, produce and update sales and argumentation materials of all kinds (e.g., brochures, flyers, presentations, e‑papers, etc.)
  • Develop and implement campaigns (possibly together with external service providers)
  • Prepare market and competitor analyses / competitive comparisons
  • Coordinate internal and external service providers
  • Support the preparation and, where applicable, execution of events (including creating presentations)

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d) and/or further qualification as an Insurance Specialist / Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable degree or professional qualification
  • Good professional knowledge in the field of health insurance
  • Strong affinity for marketing and sales-related topics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High digital affinity
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • High flexibility and a team-oriented approach
