About the role

  • Perform medical, financial and technical-legal risk assessments within health insurance underwriting
  • Serve as a service- and customer-oriented point of contact for sales partners and policyholders
  • Handle individual and standardized correspondence with sales partners and policyholders
  • Support projects and contribute to the development of our underwriting criteria and internal processes

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, professional experience in health insurance
  • Strong customer- and service-oriented mindset
