About the role
- Perform medical, financial and technical-legal risk assessments within health insurance underwriting
- Serve as a service- and customer-oriented point of contact for sales partners and policyholders
- Handle individual and standardized correspondence with sales partners and policyholders
- Support projects and contribute to the development of our underwriting criteria and internal processes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d)
- Ideally, professional experience in health insurance
- Strong customer- and service-oriented mindset
