About the role
- Enhance Univar USA´s position within each assigned account using consultative and in-depth selling
- Plan own territory or account approach and manage resources
- Prospect for new business; conduct sales calls
- Provide professional input on complex assignments and projects
- Set pricing and service levels, maintain customer quotations
- Ensure proper inventory levels and overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 7+ years of outside sales experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or chemical sales
- CASE experience is highly appreciated
- Technical degree (Technical Science, Chemistry, Engineering) is highly appreciated
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Effective negotiation skills
