About the role
- Manage a defined portfolio of products and coordinate the end-to-end supply chain across Logistics, Operations, Customer Service, and Commercial teams.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective product delivery while balancing inventory, supplier constraints, and strategic business inputs.
- Manage purchasing with contracted suppliers and ensure pricing accuracy.
- Balance inventory levels with supplier and transport constraints.
- Monitor and reduce excess inventory while ensuring product availability.
- Drive On Time In Full (OTIF) performance through cross-functional coordination.
- Escalate issues promptly and clearly to enable fast decision-making.
- Continuously improve planning processes and supplier performance.
- Utilize tools like SAP, Excel, and Tableau for data-driven planning.
- Assess supply risks, communicate plans clearly, and take a goal-oriented approach to supply issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
