About the role

  • Foster and manage strong relationships with key partners, ensuring strategic alignment and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Identify, research, and validate new partnership and investment opportunities to identify opportunities to scale the business.
  • Conduct deep financial analysis, forecasting, and comprehensive due diligence to build robust business cases for or against new ventures, and partnership opportunities.
  • Structure commercial frameworks, work with cross-functional teams to define technical scope, and negotiate final agreements.
  • Oversee the launch and incubation of new partnership-driven programs across key business verticals like AI, Platforms, and Commerce.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles at software or platform companies.
  • Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities, successfully incubating and scaling new business lines or products within a larger organization.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience developing business models, evaluating pricing strategies, and designing KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional execution with clear ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
