Expand existing accounts, evolving one-off campaigns into recurring, multi-platform engagements
Partner with Agents and cross-functional teams to translate talent equity into compelling brand solutions
Shape go-to-market narratives, packaging creator capabilities into proactive pitches aligned to brand objectives
Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline, forecasting revenue accurately and documenting deal flow against performance metrics
Requirements
10+ years in partnerships, sponsorship, or commercial sales roles within media, entertainment, agency, platform, or creator-led environments
Proven experience personally originating and closing six-figure+ partnerships
Deep relationships with brand marketers and agency buyers across entertainment, gaming, lifestyle, or consumer cultural categories
Expertise in creator/influencer, social content, podcasting, digital video, or live/experiential integrations
A strategic seller who can prospect independently while navigating multi-stakeholder internal collaboration
Strong commercial instincts — able to structure pricing, negotiate terms, and manage deal execution end-to-end
