• Prepare monthly P&Ls and dashboards with actual vs. budget and prior year metrics for each Division/Department

Vice President, Communications

Marketing

• Participate in the development of the brand’s talent and influencer strategy
• Manage logistics/coordination around existing and future talent partnerships (i.e. understanding contract terms, shoot planning, talent briefings, social deliverables, etc.)
• Support in client and account team interaction, assist in creating meeting agenda’s and recaps, talent activity reports and performance charts, social media concept ideation
• Write and distribute materials including trend reports, fact sheets, bios, newsletters, backgrounders, talent updates and alerts, etc.

Operations

• Own and oversee the department-wide talent and show roster, ensuring accuracy and completeness across client onboarding, offboarding, and status updates
• Lead complex data and reporting projects, synthesizing large, multi-source datasets to uncover trends, forecast performance, and inform strategic decision-making
• Partner with senior stakeholders to scope and prioritize operational initiatives, assessing feasibility, business impact, and resource requirements
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance during month-end and quarterly close cycles, validating key metrics and identifying operational or financial discrepancies
• Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and performance reports that provide actionable insights across talent, bookings, and revenue streams

• Actively work on external communications across UTA’s many divisions, collaborating with key stakeholders on press opportunities, including stories, thought leadership, panels, and social media.
• Draft and distribute press releases for company news, including client deals, new hires, broader corporate announcements, and more.
• Craft pitches, bios, award submissions, and other press material on behalf of agents and executives.
• Identify and secure speaking opportunities for executives at conferences, summits, events and more.
• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with press across a range of outlets, including business, consumer, lifestyle, tech, fashion, beauty and more, in addition to entertainment trade outlets.
• Help staff company events, including securing post-event coverage.
• Support VPs and senior leadership on all communications related projects and strategy.

Manager, Communications

Director

• Develop and manage client relationships, serving as a key point-of-contact for an engagement team
• Structure, manage and deliver complex workstreams and solutions to senior-level stakeholders
• Execute and clearly define project plans to ensure positive impact and sustainable business results
• Serve as “quarterback” on client deliverables, working both autonomously and in close partnership with senior leadership and junior team members to deliver rigorously supported solutions to complex problems
• Lead the process of client discovery, market research and diligence, including guiding interviews that source clarity from clients and generate new insights from the industry
• Drive quantitative market, company, and competitive analysis, either independently or in collaboration with junior team members, to unlock compelling insights for clients and support recommendations

• Lead brand-facing partnership conversations from pitch to close, developing and closing strategic partnerships across creator-led content, media integrations, live experiences, and co-marketing programs
• Build targeted vertical strategies across gaming, sports lifestyle, entertainment, CPG, and emerging fan engagement categories — identifying high-potential decision-makers and mapping multi-threaded relationships
• Expand existing accounts, evolving one-off campaigns into recurring, multi-platform engagements
• Partner with Agents and cross-functional teams to translate talent equity into compelling brand solutions
