About the role

  • Guide and shape new social media projects, together with our specialized teams.
  • You work closely with the project managers on joint digital work streams and report to the project management lead.
  • You will support the project team in planning, organizing and implementing various campaigns, from a client request to the final project reporting and retrospective.
  • You will always keep an eye on the progress of the project including timing, budget and the quality of the work.
  • You will work closely with our Client Service department (Account Management and Strategy department) as well as with our expert teams as Creative, Design, Influencer Relations, Social Media, Paid Media.
  • You are the right person for us if you keep a cool head even in stressful situations and convince with your organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Already have first experience in planning, managing and controlling projects, especially in the field of Social Media.
  • Are confident and self-structured even under time pressure and always keep an overview of all tasks and timings within a project.
  • You communicate with your project team and leads on a regular basis and keep everyone informed about the progress of the project. You address challenges openly.
  • You work independently and in a solution-oriented manner. You are motivated to learn and develop further.
  • You see potential for optimization of processes and contribute your ideas proactively.
  • Already have first experiences in agile project management methods and project management tools (e.g. Jira).
  • Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration in an international setup and a fast-paced environment.
  • Are self-confident and have great communication skills in English.
