About the role
- Establish/maintain relationships with municipalities, consulting engineers, and local general contractors.
- Promote sales and solutions represented by MISCOwater throughout Northern California.
- Develop marketing strategies and exhibit at local trade shows.
- Optimize territory’s sales potential through various technologies and solutions.
- Meet with consultants, treatment plant-level personnel, and contractors for in-person consultation and problem-solving.
Requirements
- We are seeking a seasoned Outside Sales Professional with proven experience in the water and wastewater industry.
- The ideal candidate brings established industry knowledge, strong customer relationships, and a successful track record managing a sales territory.
- Exceptional communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Valid US Driver License.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or military experience with 4 years professional experience.
- The ability to travel overnight is up to 20%.
- Great organizational and relationship skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and familiar with CRM systems. We use QuickBase.
- MISCOwater is open to assist with relocation expenses if needed.
