💰 $150,000 - $180,000 per year
About the role
- Serve in a cross-functional role, working closely with Product and Engineering to guide new clients through technical implementation
- Support the Sales team by presenting the technical aspects of Unit’s product to potential clients
- Communicate new product features to clients and relay client feature requests to Product and Engineering
- Analyze client needs and proactively deliver product recommendations, including creating prototypes, support materials, guides, and other documentation
- Work entrepreneurially to immediately impact client satisfaction and success
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Account Management, etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS (familiarity with the payments or lending space a plus)
- General software engineering skills and experience explaining and integrating with APIs
- Able to work with a great deal of autonomy and limited supervision
- Quick learner, organized, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
- Consultative mindset; skilled at anticipating, identifying, and analyzing customer needs
- Enthusiastic about fintech and creating the future of financial infrastructure
