Compliance

• Reporting to the Information Security Manager and supporting the company’s security program and compliance initiatives
• Manage external security audits (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOC 2, SOC 1), including evidence collection, operation of GRC tools, collaboration with stakeholders, and reporting to auditors
• Review and update security policies and procedures, and implement corrective actions based on audit findings and management feedback
• Lead ongoing security and compliance tasks, such as user access review cycles and audit-related compliance initiatives across the organization
• Drive security awareness and training activities, including phishing simulations, publishing security-related content, and leading company-wide Security & Privacy sessions
• Collect and review security documentation from clients and conduct vendor assessments for various risk levels
• Client-facing security tasks: answer security questionnaires, review legal contracts from a security perspective, maintain security knowledge base, and participate in security-related client calls
• Operate and utilize GRC tools and serve as a go-to person for employees on security and compliance matters

GRC Specialist

Solutions Engineer

• Serve in a cross-functional role, working closely with Product and Engineering to guide new clients through technical implementation
• Support the Sales team by presenting the technical aspects of Unit’s product to potential clients
• Communicate new product features to clients and relay client feature requests to Product and Engineering
• Analyze client needs and proactively deliver product recommendations, including creating prototypes, support materials, guides, and other documentation
• Work entrepreneurially to immediately impact client satisfaction and success

Manager

• Own vision-setting, P&L, and execution of Unit’s embedded lending business
• Deeply understand clients’ and prospects’ end-users’ lending needs and translate them into scalable solutions
• Define long-term vision and strategy for Unit’s embedded lending business
• Partner with Product & Engineering to build a differentiated lending platform
• Work with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure lending programs are safe, responsible, and compliant
• Collaborate with Finance to understand unit economics and secure & optimize funding sources
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team
• Represent Unit externally with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
• Report to the CFO and work closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Capital Markets, Sales, and Customer Success to bring lending solutions to market responsibly and at scale.

General Manager, Capital

Backend Engineer

• Own the full commercial lifecycle — from sourcing and discovery through solution design, negotiation, and close — with a strong bias toward outbound execution and strategic dealcraft.
• Act as a trusted advisor to founders, CEOs, and product leaders at vertical SaaS and fintech companies, helping them reimagine their product roadmap and monetization strategies through embedded finance.
• Design and iterate on the sales process and playbook, shaping everything from messaging and qualification criteria to tooling and pipeline infrastructure.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to develop and test demand generation strategies, customer narratives, and outbound motions.
• Translate market insights into product direction by delivering structured, high-signal feedback from customer conversations to Product and Engineering teams.
• Represent Unit in the market by leading prospect briefings, partner sessions, and speaking at key industry events and ecosystem gatherings.

General Counsel

• Advising the Unit team on new and updated credit products available through the Unit platform
• Counseling the company on questions related to other product features and regulatory issues relevant to the business
• Balancing commercial, product, regulatory and risk considerations in the design and evolution of financial products and experiences
• Providing business-oriented, practical advice across the product lifecycle from product design to implementation, documentation, and marketing
• Partnering with the Product, Platform, Engineering, Compliance, Implementation, Success and Go-to-Market teams
• Working closely with bank customers and other key stakeholders to solicit and incorporate feedback on new products and product enhancements
• Supporting new program and operations development, creating playbooks, processes and templates to streamline internal cross-team collaboration
