About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle inbound chat interactions;
- Understand each customer's needs and present the solutions best suited to their profile;
- Conduct interactions in a consultative, clear, empathetic and results-oriented manner;
- Support customers through simulation/quotation, document submission and contract completion stages;
- Reach out to and perform follow-ups with interested customers;
- Clarify questions about products, terms, timelines and process steps;
- Work toward achieving individual and team targets;
- Accurately record and update interaction details in internal systems;
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and share insights with the team;
- Ensure a fast, secure and positive experience in all interactions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
- Experience in customer service and/or sales
- Experience with chat support or digital channels
- Experience handling high volumes of inquiries
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
- Familiarity with digital systems and tools
