About the role
- Support the SAM Practice Leader in delivering services to global clients
- Lead/Collaborate with other Regeneron SAM team members to ensure consistency of delivery
- Provides point of contact for solutions and related questions
- Facilitates Unisys standard processes for ITIL core functions such as Software Asset Management
- Ensures contractual service support requirements are understood and managed
- Presents operational and service level reports
- Compiles, analyzes and reports statistical data and trends
- Provides training and mentoring for functional teams
- Conducts workshops to identify, assess and address process deficiencies
- Reviews trend analysis to conduct Proactive Problem Management
- Works closely with Service Delivery Managers to monitor SLA performance
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with major publisher licensing terms and conditions
