About the role

  • Support and manage On-Prem Active Directory
  • Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) in hybrid setup
  • Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online
  • Support Microsoft Teams
  • Operate and troubleshoot File & Print services
  • Support DNS and DHCP services
  • Monitor infrastructure using SCOM

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in Enterprise IT Infrastructure Operations
  • PowerShell scripting for automation (preferred)
  • Exposure to MFA, SSPR, Conditional Access (preferred)
  • ITIL Foundation certification or ITIL process knowledge (preferred)
  • AZ-900 and AZ-104 Certified (preferred)
