Work directly with clients to understand business processes and implement Unison software products
Perform implementation and integration tasks: requirements analysis, business process analysis, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support
Deliver advisory and support services to drive successful operation of PRISM product suite for government clients
Ensure assigned tasks are performed on target, on time, and on budget and that client personnel appreciate the value delivered
Understand clients’ business objectives and help clients achieve their goals
Participate in continuous learning and career development through product and federal acquisition training
Requirements
Strong problem-solving, analysis, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to pick up new information and skills quickly
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Bachelor’s degree
Eligibility to obtain a government security clearance (may require U.S. Citizenship)
Professional experience with one or more of: Software implementation (Requirements Analysis, Business Process Design, Configuration, Testing)
Software integration experience
Experience delivering training and software support
Experience with SQL
Business experience in government functions such as federal acquisition, grants, and/or financial management
