Compile, review, analyze, and evaluate business data
Prepare reports and respond to inquiries
Recommend appropriate action based on data analysis
Create reports and evaluation of data
Interface with development and requirements analysts and designers for issue verification
Serve as main POC for BU reporting, delivering accurate, timely, and aligned analysis
Assist in administering processes and systems
Prepare projects, reports, and presentations
Support internal stakeholders and federal government customers
Requirements
2 - 4+ years of Helpdesk and/or Technical Support experience
2 - 4+ years of experience in Using SQL
Demonstrated Experience in use of Reporting tools & presentation of results
Strong Quantitative & Analytical skills
Knowledge of federal procurement process preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Good problem-solving skill and logical process thinking
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
