• Negotiate and conclude land agreements (land-use, lease, or purchase contracts)
• Establish and maintain contact with municipalities, land managers/operators, and landowners
• Contract management and oversight of properties
• Attend municipal council meetings and other relevant events
• Regional networking and participation in industry associations

• Develop wind energy projects from identifying suitable sites and acquiring land through to preparing the site concept
• Negotiate and conclude land agreements (usage, lease or purchase contracts)
• Establish contact with municipalities, land managers and landowners
• Contract management and oversight of properties
• Attend municipal council meetings and relevant events
• Networking and association activities in the region
• Commission specialist reports from external consultants
• Present the project to municipalities, owners and other project stakeholders
• Prepare and support private-law site-securement measures in cooperation with the Real Estate/Property team
• Coordinate all internal and external project partners
