About the role

  • Negotiate and conclude land agreements (land-use, lease, or purchase contracts)

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in project pre‑planning or sales, ideally in a comparable role within renewable energy or real estate
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and negotiation ability
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Knowledge of contract and real estate/land law is an advantage
  • Identification with renewable energy and a high willingness to travel
  • Valid Class B driver's license
  • Negotiation‑level German (fluent)
