• Project and outage management from concept to delivery. Ensuring projects and outage scope is responsibly delivered to safety, quality, time and cost targets.
• Strategic contract management from concept to delivery and performance management. Leading the team in complex technical and commercial contract negotiations.
• Develop and manage maintenance strategies to deliver technical, compliance and cost performance targets.
• Ensure business targets are met and best practice is employed by proactive networking, stakeholder management and benchmarking.

Plant Area & Systems Strategy Engineer – Electrical, Controls and Instrumentation

• Originate and develop the energy offtake contracts for Uniper’s renewable assets development entity “Uniper Renewables GmbH” in the United Kingdom.
• Securing the energy offtake solutions for our country specific pipeline of wind, solar and battery assets through PPAs or other contracts
• Origination, structuring and negotiation of power purchase agreements (PPAs) in the United Kingdom
• Coordinating the participation of Uniper’s renewables projects at regulatory tenders for subsidies (e.g. Contracts for Difference)
• Leading on the route to market strategy for the energy and certificates from Uniper’s renewable assets
• Widening the network of market players (local utilities, corporate offtakers, trading companies etc.)
• Collaborating cross functional within the Renewables business as well as with relevant internal and external stakeholders and partners - Project Development, Market Analysis, Pricing and Legal, Risk, Tax, Accounting, Compliance etc.

• enhance Uniper's branding
• help develop Board-level connections across the region
• coordinate with commercial teams to facilitate deal closures
