About the role

  • Support UI Home Care R&D programme and lead H&H workstream.
  • Identifying consumer segments and developing products that cater to them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of innovation pipeline.
  • Manage regulatory compliance and deliverables for home care products.
  • Drive NPD projects and savings ideas within R&D framework.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant R&D experience in BG/BU R&D teams.
  • Home care experience is preferred
  • Having established delivery of complex and Multiple projects desirable.
  • Having adaptability, calculated risk taking appetite and quick decision making
  • Having working knowledge on majority of the Unilever digital tools will be add advantage.
