About the role
- Support and influence the achievement of Supply Chain KPI’s including Customer Service, Inventory and Cost.
- Build planning mastery within organization and implement best practices utilizing WBC process standards and technologies.
- Support Customer Service and Inventory optimization through process and technology excellence.
- Deploy capabilities for predictive & prescriptive enhancements in existing technologies.
- Develop and deploy training programs targeted for Supply Planners.
- Provide OpCo perspective in all Supply Planning WBC initiatives.
- Maintain Supply Planning process and technology training material to keep up with the pace of a very ambitious agenda for building new processes, technologies, and skills.
- Drive Process and Tool adoption in the quest for touchless planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Planning, Supply Chain, Analytics or related fields.
- 3+ years of work experience in supply chain and projects management with a clear competence in SC planning, analytics, and technology.
- Experience in Microsoft D365, SAP APO, SAP ECC, Kinaxis Rapid Response. APICS certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and team commitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in developing, and leading training programs with a sharp focus on stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities in a very dynamic environment.
- Ability to problem solve, and influence stakeholders while embedding new capabilities within Supply Chain Planning.
