About the role
- support on all aspects of governance around executive pay
- manage preparation of the annual Directors’ Remuneration Report
- support shareholder engagement
- review the effectiveness of the Remuneration Policy annually
- oversee Non-Executive Directors’ fee administration
- build relationships with key stakeholders
- keep up-to-date on relevant legislation regarding reward issues
- contribute to global reward projects
Requirements
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in reward function
- strong understanding of global reward policies and practices
- ideally experience in executive compensation in-house or consulting
- proactive and curious nature
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- excellent analytical and numerical skills
- stakeholder management skills at all levels
- strong planning, organisation and project management skills
- advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- knowledge of Workday would be useful
