- Proactively identify & convert new business opportunities through outbound sales activities
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and determine fit.
- Maintain accurate records and prioritize leads in Salesforce.
- Work cross-functionally to build & execute top of funnel strategy
Requirements
- Previously a top performing BDR and/or AE at a high velocity startup
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales engagement tools
- Motivated self-starter, eager to consistently take on new challenges & quickly scale their impact over time
- Articulates value proposition effectively and deeply understands customer pain points
- Collaborates seamlessly with sales, growth and operations
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
