  • Proactively identify & convert new business opportunities through outbound sales activities
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and determine fit.
  • Maintain accurate records and prioritize leads in Salesforce.
  • Work cross-functionally to build & execute top of funnel strategy

Requirements

  • Previously a top performing BDR and/or AE at a high velocity startup
  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales engagement tools
  • Motivated self-starter, eager to consistently take on new challenges & quickly scale their impact over time
  • Articulates value proposition effectively and deeply understands customer pain points
  • Collaborates seamlessly with sales, growth and operations
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
