About the role
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving UNICEPTA growth in Belgium and France
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities, ensuring a robust sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and existing customers
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including media analysis consultants, to create tailored, value-driven proposals and solutions
- Represent our company at relevant Brussels-based events, seminars, and conferences to increase visibility and drive market engagement
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven business development or consultative sales experience, ideally selling services to European institutions, political organizations, or international public sector clients
- Established professional network and demonstrable success in developing new business within Brussels’ political and institutional landscape
- Solid understanding of EU institutional structures, decision-making processes, and procurement practices
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and meet ambitious revenue targets
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate our services' value to diverse stakeholders
- Fluent written and spoken English; proficiency in additional EU languages, especially French or German, is highly desirable
