• Driving the EMEA Marketing Engine
• Lead the integration of regional marketing functions, ensuring that every initiative—from performance marketing to brand activations—is synchronized and high-impact.
• Identify, design, and implement optimizations in our regional workflows to increase speed-to-market and project efficacy.
• Translate conceptual EMEA-first brand plans into robust end-to-end project approaches, managing dependencies and critical paths across diverse internal teams.

• Co-own the Work Order process and advise on budget implications, ensuring rigorous scoping and active tracking to maximize every $ spent.
• Lead the "Post-Mortem" process, gathering project results and data-driven learnings to refine future strategies and elevate the brand’s regional presence.
