About the role

  • Provide exceptional customer service, from a genuine welcome to efficient checkout
  • Help customers perform at their best by recommending appropriate apparel and footwear
  • Share knowledge of and enthusiasm for our products
  • Restock, organize, and maintain the store
  • Work on the sales floor and in the stockroom as needed, including at point-of-sale stations and handling payment processes
  • Respond to customers’ omnichannel requests using the digital experience
  • Demonstrate collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Promote customer loyalty by informing customers about our UA Rewards loyalty program (U.S. only)
  • Take responsibility for personal development and seize growth opportunities to improve performance
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to move throughout the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 25 lb (12 kg)
  • Fluency in the local language required; basic knowledge of English is an asset
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the role
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Comfortable with technology or willing to learn (e.g., computers and handheld devices)
