• You go beyond ‘text book’ translation to craft content that reflects local work culture, HR challenges, and buying behaviours, ensuring resonance with Dutch-speaking BENELUX and English-speaking UKI audiences. You know how to get underneath the skin of the customer to understand where they hangout and how they consume information.
• You work closely with other teams like Performance marketing, Brand, and Regional Marketing teams to co-develop compelling campaign narratives, run continuous experiments, and refine content to improve conversion and ROI.
• You leverage AI for research, outlining, first drafts, repurposing, and localisation support, while ensuring human review, factual accuracy, and consistent brand voice across markets to safely increase content velocity without compromising quality.
• You partner with Performance and Regional Marketing to define success metrics per asset type (e.g., engagement, conversion, influenced pipeline) and run a continuous optimisation loop informed by analytics and feedback.
