About the role

  • Respond to customer inquiries by telephone or email to provide non-technical problem resolution
  • Analyze customer service needs and refer to other departments for follow-up as needed
  • Assist clients, witnesses, and reporters with starting Remote Depositions as needed
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of remote tools, including but not limited to Remote Counsel, Live Litigation, WebEx, and BOX
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate systems and tools
  • Work with clients to resolve issues while ensuring all services are conducted with integrity and professionalism
  • Create and send Remote Deposition links
  • Stay up to date on scheduling changes and standing orders, making appropriate adjustments to all Remote proceeding links
  • Assign videographers to remote and in-person proceedings in selected regions

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2–3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Litigation or legal industry experience a plus
  • Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Teams
  • Tech experience a plus
  • Strong customer services skills
  • Work in office position
