About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries by telephone or email to provide non-technical problem resolution
- Analyze customer service needs and refer to other departments for follow-up as needed
- Assist clients, witnesses, and reporters with starting Remote Depositions as needed
- Maintain extensive knowledge of remote tools, including but not limited to Remote Counsel, Live Litigation, WebEx, and BOX
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate systems and tools
- Work with clients to resolve issues while ensuring all services are conducted with integrity and professionalism
- Create and send Remote Deposition links
- Stay up to date on scheduling changes and standing orders, making appropriate adjustments to all Remote proceeding links
- Assign videographers to remote and in-person proceedings in selected regions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2–3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Litigation or legal industry experience a plus
- Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Teams
- Tech experience a plus
- Strong customer services skills
- Work in office position
