Customer Support Representative

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Providing pre-investment support to the Investment Team - this will involve reviewing data provided by customers and ensuring that they are complete and meet our minimum requirements.
• Transferring relevant information from financial statements or bank statements into investment models and sense-checking model outcomes
• Supporting the due diligence of integrity & accuracy of data provided by customers - liaising with account executives and customers to ensure that the information is gathered and fit for purpose
• Documenting discussions and key actions coming out of the Credit Committee
• Developing knowledge of Uncapped’s investment approach to different business segments
• Participating in ad-hoc project work to improve our investment capabilities
• Assisting in the preparation of due diligence reports, performing KYC and KYB checks to verify businesses and assisting in tracking due diligence timelines and deliverables

Junior Investment Analyst

Frontend Engineer

• Own the technical side of frontend projects and deliver new features for the product
• Work closely with backend developers and designers to build products from scratch
• Be actively involved with new product design
• Help other team members deliver frontend-related work
• Write clean code and conduct code reviews

• Provide high-level operational and strategic support to the Founder and CEO, acting as an extension of the executive office.
• Act as the key liaison and trusted advisor to the Founder and CEO, managing complex calendars, meetings, priorities, and high-level projects.
• Proactively identify priorities, anticipate business needs, and resolve scheduling and operational conflicts before they arise.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate executive-level correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior leadership, investors, external partners, and high-profile stakeholders.
• Implement and optimise workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures that strengthen executive productivity and company-wide alignment.
• Lead or oversee confidential projects and priorities, displaying sound judgment and a high degree of discretion at all times.
