Full-stack Engineer

• You will own outbound end to end for Uncapped, from infrastructure and deliverability through to the tools and data that decide who we reach and how.
• Outbound infrastructure: Design and build scalable systems for prospecting, enrichment and outreach, owning the technical backbone of our outbound motion from data pipelines to automation workflows.
• SDR enablement and optimization: Equip our SDRs with world class tooling, playbooks and data insights to maximize efficiency and conversion rates across the funnel.
• Data and targeting strategy: Build ICP models, scoring frameworks and segmentation logic to ensure outbound efforts are laser focused on high intent, high fit accounts.
• Tech stack ownership: Evaluate, implement and optimize our GTM tools (CRM, sequencing, enrichment, intent data) to create a seamless, high performance outbound engine.
• Performance analytics: Track, analyze and report on outbound metrics, from reply rates to pipeline contribution, and drive continuous improvement through experimentation and iteration.
• Cross functional alignment: Work with SDRs, AEs, RevOps and Partnerships to ensure outbound systems integrate seamlessly with broader GTM strategy and product capabilities.

GTM Engineer

Business Development Rep

• Develop and own a portfolio of successful prospects by offering a solution that solves a huge pain point for brands and retailers, and beats alternatives head to head.
• Lead qualification: Identify and qualify businesses suited to Uncapped's working capital financing products.
• Target outreach: source leads via multi channel outreach campaigns (social selling, email, community based prospecting, cold calling) to Founders, CEOs and CFOs of America's fastest growing DTC and Amazon brands and retailers.
• Pipeline management: Develop and nurture an leads pipeline, providing accurate flow predictions and leveraging our CRM system effectively.
• Strategy: Design and implement creative outreach strategies that you will formulate with our sales leaders, setting our path for growth.
• Knowledge: Become a subject matter expert on the wider working capital funding market and how other options compare with our product.
• Collaboration: Contribute to the ongoing development of sales related systems, processes, and business practices by sharing recommendations to improve efficiency and capacity and updating our script to focus on key customer needs.
• Learning: Form a strong partnership with your AE, joining them on discovery calls and supporting throughout the sales cycle, offering a clear pathway to progression.

Business Development Representative

Customer Success Manager

• Own a portfolio of funded US customers throughout the full post funding lifecycle, from onboarding through to renewal, upsell and re engagement.
• Own post funding onboarding, making sure customers understand their repayment schedule, account access and support channels from day one
• Monitor account health across your portfolio and proactively reach out when signals suggest a customer needs attention before it becomes a problem
• Own reactivation and re engagement of past and dormant customers, running win back campaigns for churned or denied applicants and customers who haven't taken further capital, coordinating with Sales and Marketing to bring them back into an active facility
• Manage renewals and upsells, including top ups, line of credit extensions and refinancing into new products, working closely with RevOps and Underwriting to triage and route each deal type correctly
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, resolving what you can directly and routing complex issues to the right team, whether that's Operations, Risk, Collections, Partnerships or Engineering
• Track and drive improvements to NPS and CSAT through proactive aftercare, problem solving and testing solutions with your customers
• Become a subject matter expert on the small business financing space and act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back into product development
• Work effectively within our tools, including HubSpot, Back Office and Aircall, and help identify where AI powered support like Nova can take routine queries off your plate
