About the role
- Design and develop a variety of learning experiences, including eLearnings, instructor-led training, videos, job aids, and assessments
- Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience, including video, audio, simulations, gamification and AI
- Collaborate with production team to bring learning experiences to life
- Conduct thorough project discovery to understand client’s business objectives and implement creative solutions
- Effectively collaborate with subject matter experts and other key client stakeholders
- Develop deep understanding of various clients, learners, and industries
- Demonstrate partnership, innovation, and expertise when interacting with clients
- Evaluate and improve learning experiences based on feedback and data analysis
- Meet project milestones and deadlines and proactively communicate impediments to progress
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in learning experience design and development
- Proficiency with learning management systems and content development tools
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models
- Experience designing and developing sales training, leadership development training, onboarding or related programs
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field preferred
