About the role
- Execute demolition and site preparation construction activities
- Manage Onsite Construction Activities (Vendor scheduling, Change Management, EHS standards, LOTO, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and manage repair projects
- Commission new systems
- Prepare progress and budget adherence reports
- Maintain the facility’s cleanliness in accordance with established visual and lean methods
Requirements
- BS degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Knowledge of Relevant Standards – NFPA, OSHA, ISO
- Computer skills: Office, SAP
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with various levels of people within the Plant and Contractors
- Resourcefulness
