About the role
- Lead People & Organization activities at the Quapaw site
- Act as the primary P&O partner for site leadership
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer
- Define and execute talent attraction and retention strategies
- Coordinate onboarding programs for all new hires
- Collect site-specific training needs and implement initiatives
- Drive identification of development needs and local training programs
- Support workforce planning during budget cycles
- Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and group policies
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR topics
- Partner with managers to drive engagement and change initiatives
- Deliver P&O policies and programs adjusted for local needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–6 years of progressive P&O (HR) experience, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Broad HR/P&O experience and knowledge of policies and systems
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence, coach, and manage change effectively
- Adaptable, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent employee experience
- Strong listening, convincing and communication skills
- Able to manage difficult situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; and meets commitments
- Works with integrity and ethically; upholds organizational values
