Full-stack Engineer

• Lead the planning and execution of formwork projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements, constraints, and risks.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to procure materials, equipment, and resources required for project execution.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, resolving complex engineering challenges and ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to assess workmanship, safety practices, and adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Manage client communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and change requests in a proactive and professional manner.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Senior Project Engineer

Engineer

• Work closely with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop detailed plans and designs for formwork and shoring systems based on project specifications and structural requirements and utilize industry-standard software and tools (i.e., AutoCAD, Revit, ect.) to create accurate drawings, models, and calculations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and clients regarding formwork and shoring solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to address technical challenges and optimize project performance.
• Identify and select appropriate formwork and shoring materials based on project requirements, budget constraints, and site conditions.
• Ensure that formwork and shoring systems comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.

Project Engineer

Sales Engineer

• Identify new business opportunities and prepare tailored proposals in the territory of Pakistan
• Independently develop both new and existing accounts to expand business opportunities
• Present, promote, and sell products and services using clear, well-supported arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Conduct needs analysis and deliver value-based solutions
• Work towards and exceed sales targets set by the company
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining accurate CRM and reporting records
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular outreach, including project site and head office visits
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all key customers’ decision-makers and influencers
• Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Manage all credit-related interactions with customers to ensure full and timely payment
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Collaborate with management to produce plans, budgets, and forecasts

• The Project Manager bears the operational responsibility for performance of the projects assigned across the United States.
• Implementation of project objectives and delivery of agreed project results within the scope, time frame and budget.
• Application of project management methods and processes according to the Doka project management standard.
• Establishes and sustains effective working relationships with the customer, jobsite personnel and internal departments to support the customer in creating and implementing effective formwork solutions.
• Creating project agreement within project team.
• Preparation of project calculation with DokaCalc for customer projects.
• Selection of project team members in consultation with line managers.
• Implementation of the project in accordance to the Doka standard, project planning, controlling, close down (tasks, deadlines, resources, budget, risks, etc.).
• Work package distribution within the project team.
• Maintenance of the interfaces with other projects, customers, jobsite personnel, departments, organizations, authorities.
• Project communication, information, marketing.
• Moderates project team meetings.
• Execution of work packages.
• Prepares status reports and controlling meetings as required.
• Timely communication of relevant project data to the Head of Project Management for the implementation of multi-project management.
• Regularly updates the project schedules and monitors project costs vs project calculation.
• Know-how transfer in the company.
• Signature of all documents within the agreed signature rules between project owner and project manager.
• Active contract, risk, claim and risk management.
