Overseeing day-to-day activities and implementation for educational and community partnerships, ensuring smooth coordination across university departments and external organizations.
Acting as the primary point of contact for partner-related operational needs, facilitating onboarding, compliance alignment, and problem resolution between stakeholders.
Overseeing timelines, placements, credentialing documentation, and program logistics; synthesizing partner feedback and data to guide process improvements; and ensuring initiatives meet state, accreditation, and university standards.
Supporting relationship health through regular check-ins and events, while keeping partnership practices compliant and responsive to stakeholder needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required ; Master’s degree in Education , Higher Education Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field is strongly preferred.
5+ years of experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or external relations—preferably in an educational, nonprofit, or higher ed setting.
Proven ability to manage a portfolio of institutional or organizational partners.
Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Banner, Excel, Google Sheets, or other data management platforms to organize and summarize information.
Experience coordinating student teaching placements or internships in partnership with K–12 schools or school districts.
Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with departments such as admissions, advising, marketing, and academic units.
Experience providing direct support to students (e.g., advising, coaching, mentoring), especially those in clinical or practicum settings.
Familiarity with maintaining or contributing to organizational social media accounts is a plus .
